End User Licence Agreement

This agreement is between you and Garg Capital Group LLC — not Apple or Google. It covers your licence to use the ScribeLLM application. Your use of the service itself is governed by the Terms of Service, and your data by the Privacy Policy.

1. Licence granted

Garg Capital Group LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use ScribeLLM on devices you own or control, in accordance with the usage rules of the store you obtained it from. This is a licence, not a sale: Garg Capital Group LLC retains all ownership of the software.

2. What you may not do

• Copy, redistribute, sell, rent, sublicense or lease the application.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble it, except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• Remove or obscure any proprietary notice.
• Use it to record any person without whatever permission the law requires — see the Terms. This is the restriction most likely to get you into legal trouble, and it is your responsibility, not ours.
• Use it to break any law, or to process recordings you have no right to process.

3. Account and content

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the recordings you upload. You keep ownership of your recordings, transcripts and notes. You grant Garg Capital Group LLC only the permission needed to store and process them in order to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Third-party AI processing — what you are agreeing to

ScribeLLM cannot function without sending your content to third-party AI services. By using it you agree to that processing:

• Deepgram receives the audio of your recordings, to transcribe them and identify speakers.
• OpenAI (ChatGPT), Google (Gemini) and Anthropic (Claude) receive the transcript text to write your summary. You choose which; choosing several sends the transcript to each.

All are located in the United States, so using ScribeLLM involves transferring your content there. If you may not lawfully share the contents of a conversation with these providers — because it is privileged, regulated, or covered by a confidentiality obligation — do not record it with ScribeLLM. 6. Termination

This licence ends automatically if you breach it, and you must then stop using the application and delete it. You may end it at any time by deleting your account — see Delete account — and removing the app.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the application is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind. Garg Capital Group LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, nor for loss of data, arising from your use of the application. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Apple-specific terms

Where you obtained ScribeLLM from the Apple App Store, the following apply:

• This agreement is concluded between you and Garg Capital Group LLC only. Apple is not a party to it.
• Garg Capital Group LLC, not Apple, is solely responsible for the application and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support for the application.
• In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
• Garg Capital Group LLC, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claim relating to the application, including product liability, legal or regulatory non-compliance, and consumer protection claims.
• Garg Capital Group LLC, not Apple, is responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the application.
• You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance, have the right to enforce it against you.

9. Google Play

Where you obtained ScribeLLM from Google Play, your use is additionally subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. Google is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the application.

10. Governing law and contact

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable to Garg Capital Group LLC, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions: support@chaalbaazi.com.
